Between two adjacent ladders is a non-conductive insulating medium that forms a capacitor. When a voltage is applied between the two plates of a capacitor, the capacitor stores charge. The capacity of a capacitor is numerically equal to the ratio of the volume of charge on a conductive plate to the voltage between the two plates. The basic unit of capacitor capacity is Farad (F). In schematics, the letter C is normally used to designate capacitive elements.
How does a capacitor work?
What functions do capacitors have?
When does the capacitor have to be switched off?
In the electronic circuit, the capacitor has the function of interrupting the direct current of the circuit through the alternating current process, and at the same time has the function of storing and delivering the charge. It has a good filter machine and emits the pulsating signal smoothly. Condensators with smaller capacity are mostly used in high frequency circuits, such as normal radio equipment, and capacitors with larger capacity are mainly used for storage.
1. Bypass: The capacitorused in the bypass circuit is called a bypass capacitor. If you need to remove the signal of a specific frequency band from the signal in the circuit, you can use the bypass capacitor switch. Depending on the frequency of the remote signal, there is a bypass capacitor switch for the full frequency range (all AC signals) and a high frequency bypass capacitor switch.
2. Neutralisation: The capacitor used in the neutralisation circuit is called a neutralisation capacitor. In radio-frequency and intermittent frequency amplifiers as well as TV-frequency amplifiers, this neutralising capacitor switch is used to eliminate self-excitement.
3. Timing: The capacitorused in the timing circuit is called a timing capacitor. Time control capacitor circuits are used in circuits that require time control by charging and unloading capacitors, and capacitors play a role in controlling the size of time constants.
4. Integration: The capacitor used in the integration circuit is defined as integration capacity. The semi-image synchronization signal can be extracted from the composite semi-image synchronization signal using this integrating capacitor circuit in the synchronization isolation switch.
5. Differential: The capacitor used in the differential switch is defined as differential capacity. To obtain the peak centre signal in the trigger switch, this differential condenser switch is used to obtain the peak pulse trigger signal from different (mainly rectangular) signals.
Frequent condenser failures. If one of the following states of the capacitor is found, the power supply should be interrupted immediately.
(1) The condenser mantle expands or oil is emitted.
(2) The housing is cracked, there is an overlap and there are sparks.
(3) The internal sound of the capacitor is abnormal.
(4) The temperature of the shell rises over 55oC and the temperature indicator sheet decreases.
In order to meet these growing requirements, Zhejiang Zhegui Electric Co., Ltd has various capacitors that make them more efficient, reliable and consistent.
