Conditions of use

  • System rated voltage: 6~12kV            

  • Rated frequency: 50-60Hz            

  • Number of capacitor banks: 5 groups or less equal or unequal capacity switching            

  • Rated capacity: 100-10000kvar            

  • Maximum capacity of a single group: 2000kvar            

  • Control voltage: AC220V or DC220V            

  • Sampling current: 5A            

  • Sampling voltage: 100V            

  • Compensation capacity can be arbitrarily configured according to user requirements.

  • In the selection of compensation capacity, the number of circuits should be reduced as much as possible and the mode of equal volume switching should be adopted as much as possible. When voltage regulation is required onload, the controller can add the switching function according to voltage priority.            

  • When the reactor is only used to limit inrush current, the reactance rate is 0.1%~1.0%. When it is used to suppress 5, 7 and above harmonics,the reactance rate is 5% ~ 6%; When it is used to suppress 3 or more harmonics, the reactance rate is 12~13%.            

  • Switching switch can be selected capacitor special switching switch; jcz8 high voltage AC vacuum contactor can also be selected.

  • If there is no capacitor cabinet feeder switch in the user power supply system, an incoming switch cabinet can be added.

  • If a capacitor cabinet feeder switch is available in the customer's power supply system, an isolation switch can be added according to customer requirements to form obvious breakpoints and facilitate maintenance.            


  • Ambient temperature: -40+45℃, the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃.

  • Altitude: No more than 2000 meters, higher than 2000 meters using plateau products.

  • Humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%.

  • Earthquake resistance: the seismic intensity is not more than 8 degrees.

  • Installation site: The use site is not allowed to have explosive dangerous media, the surrounding environment should not contain corrosion metal and damage insulation gas and conductive media, do not allow full of water vapor and serious mold.
