Participation of Zhegui at the 136th Canton Fair

Zhegui Electric Co., Ltd. participated in the 136th Canton Fair from October 15 to 19, 2024, and achieved certain accomplishments.

Basic Information of the Exhibition:

Two of our sales representatives attended the exhibition on behalf of the company. To help customers better understand the exhibits, we brought corresponding physical models. We also provided brochures with clear product attributes, uses, and images, allowing customers to determine if our products meet their needs. Additionally, we brought many promotional materials for the attendees, such as canvas bags and phone bags.

Shortcomings and Improvements:

There were several areas where we did not perform well. For instance, the pre-exhibition research was inadequate; the fair was not particularly suitable for our company, resulting in fewer potential clients and lower attendance than expected. Furthermore, cost control was poor, as the lack of proper surveys led to bringing too many materials, most of which remained unused. Overall, our preparations before the exhibition were insufficient.

Exhibition Harvest:

Despite the shortcomings, we did encounter some potential clients and gained a better understanding of their needs regarding our products, which we can use for improvements. We also realized that extensive preparation is necessary well ahead of time to avoid last-minute rushes. Conducting proper surveys of potential clients is crucial for matching materials and achieving better exhibition outcomes.
